Sam Gabrielian is the owner of Gabriel Coffee, which supplies freshly roasted, specialty coffee to cafes across Sydney. He and his partner, Vincent Capozzi, decided that they needed to get closer to the front line, and decided to open a cafe where they could serve their customers face to face. This became a reality in 2011 when the pair opened Dose Espresso in Willoughby, after travelling around Australia and overseas searching for the best coffee experience.
In addition to offering excellent house blends and rotating single origin coffees through the espresso machine, Omar and the Marvellous Coffee Bird offers a variety of coffees using the steep-and-release method of the Clever Coffee Dripper.
