Your prayers have been answered. The doors have officially opened to Hawthorn’s newest hotspot, and – holy moly – are you in for a treat!

Soon to become the place to ‘get merry in Glenferrie’, HOLY MOLY combines great food, innovative cocktails and year-round sports coverage to bring you a bold and cheeky hangout like no other.

With pizzas by Henry Chan of Bimbo Deluxe and Lucky Coq, cocktails curated by Jenna Hemsworth and art by Billie Justice Thompson, the late-night venue has perfectly captured the vibe of Hawthorn and its regular visitors.

The casual eatery is located within the UNTZ UNTZ nightclub complex, sitting on ground level. The newly renovated building was designed by hospitality veterans Michael Delany and Nick Foley, who created a space that showcases history’s best sporting moments. Along with UNTZ UNTZ, HOLY MOLY is joined by coffee and donut house COP SHOP, which is set to open its doors in April 2017.

Described by Michael as ‘a shrine to pizza and good times’, HOLY MOLY has your weekend sorted. Start Saturday night right with $5 pizzas, before heading upstairs to UNTZ UNTZ for a drink or two. Head Bartender Jenna (formerly of The Black Pearl) has created a cocktail menu that includes a trilogy of Bloody Marys and the devilishly delicious 7 Deadly Cocktails. Amen.

Pizzas are on offer until 3am, removing the need for the kebab shop stop on the way home. But don’t go too far! The Sunday sessions start with a $15 Sunday brunch of a Bloody Mary and pizza, and continue with ‘Sunday Mass’ from 3pm onwards.

To top it all off, HOLY MOLY’s Sports Bar will be showing ‘Classic Contests’ nightly, rotating iconic sporting moments on an 80-inch plasma. So whatever your weekend plans, consult your nightlife bible for Melbourne’s newest holy trinity. Whether it be a pint and a pizza at HOLY MOLY, a coffee at COP SHOP or a dash to the dance floor at UNTZ UNTZ, the options are endless.
