360 Bar and Dining boasts Sydney’s most sought after views. The fine dining restaurant sits 305 metres above Sydney’s CBD at the top of the iconic Sydney Tower, and offers 360° views of the city skyline.

In charge of creating meals worthy of the location is Head Chef, Elton Inglis. Elton joined the 360 team in 2015, bringing with him 15 years of experience, including a memorable nine years in the United Kingdom.
Unlike some, Elton’s love of cooking bloomed relatively late in life. When he first arrived in London at the age of 24, he found a job at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen. On day two, Elton had an epiphany, falling head over heels with the fresh produce and unique flavour combinations. His passion took him through the kitchens of Petrus, Racine, Murano and L’Assiette Anglaise, and he even had a stint working for Gordan Ramsay. Elton has now brought his creative flair to 360 Bar and Dining.
Start your experience with a signature cocktail, or choose from the award- winning wine list from Andres Aragon. The list has a high focus on the state’s wonderful selection of world-class wines, however there are a few select international options – perfect for those who like to start exceptional evenings with a glass of French champagne.
Select from either a two- or three-course menu. Entree options feature high quality produce and allow the naturally occurring flavours to shine. Choose from Sydney rock oysters, either natural or with cucumber and grape gazpacho, or Milawa goat’s cheese mousse served with baby beetroots, marjoram and hazelnut crumble.
When it comes to more substantial options, the seared Paroo kangaroo loin is a popular choice, served with smoked beetroot, cocoa, peanut and vanilla crumble. For those who enjoy a perfectly cooked steak, it doesn’t get much better than a Master Kobe striploin steak with 9+ marbling. The pure bred Wagyu is served with fresh lemon, flavoured butter and a choice of fries or pomme puree.
If you’ve opted for a third course, the culinary delights keep coming. A pliable chocolate mousse is served with orange marmalade, citrus anglaise and candied orange, while a strawberry parfait is matched with basil genoise, balsamic glaze and basil oil.
