The fare here is certainly worth highlighting – the creations are a collaboration between internationally acclaimed chefs, Tomi Bjorck and Samuel Cole. After owning and working in Michelin-starred restaurants in London, Finland and Spain, Tomi moved to Australia where he discovered his passion for Asian flavours while working at Quay and Longrain.
In partnership with Samuel, whose resume lists Dinner by Heston Blumenthal among other culinary institutions, the duo has created an establishment that reflects their shared culinary experiences.
