Open Lasagne with Beef & Lentil Ragu

Method
Serves 2
Cooking time: Approximately 30minutes
Beef and Lentil Ragu

Heat the oil in a large pan over high heat. Cook mince, stirring, for 3 minutes or

until browned. Add tomato paste and garlic, and cook for 2 minutes. Mix onion and agave syrup together then add to the mince. Add tamari, lentils and 1 cup water. Reduce heat to medium.

Season with black pepper. Cook for 12 minutes or until slightly reduced. Remove

from heat.

To Serve

While the ragu is cooking, cook the lasagna sheets according to packet instructions.

Once the ragu is cooked start assembling the lasagna.

Place a sheet of pasta on your plate and layer with ragu, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and parmesan. Create 4 layers per plate.
