  • Before you start, here are some questions that you may have. You can add it to your food at any time, whether you want to start cooking or finish. All of it is good.

Corned beef Sauce

  • What is the tenderest cut of corned meat?
  • It is better for getting tender with the point because it has more fat. Each piece is unique, so I recommend choosing the one with the most fat on the side.
  • What is better, a flat-cut or a point-cut corned steak?
  • The point cut is rounder, has more marbling, and therefore more flavor. If cooked properly, leaner flat cuts have a lot of flavor. Pressure-cooker corned beef is the best.
  • What type of mustard would you serve with corned meat?
  • This mustard sauce is amazing! I used to use yellow mustard until we developed this mustard sauce.
  • Does one rinse the corned beef prior to cooking?
  • If you smoke corned meat, I do. Rinsing the meat will remove some of the flavor and marinade on the outside.
